All of our kombucha is made at our Allentown brewery, located in the Bridgeworks Enterprise Center.  We are a manufacturing incubator client with the Allentown Economic Development Corp, focusing on growing the manufacturing aspect of the business.

Our brewery is open to the public on

Thursdays and Fridays from 4-7.

We are not a sit-down destination, but there is a counter with 

12 draft taps and a fridge full of canned varieties.  Come try some kombucha, fill your growlers, and grab some cans to take home!
